What does your day look like day to day?: My weeks are very varied as Managing Director I spend my time between meeting clients, contacts and staff as well as looking at best practice for strategy and operations so that we can deliver the best possible client experience.
What do you love most about your role?: Helping people; clients, contacts and team members
What is your favourite career highlight/moment so far?: I'm proud to have won several personal awards and even prouder that the firm has won several awards such as in 2024 Manchester's Best Conveyancing firm as well as Manchester's Best Personal Injury firm.
Fun fact about yourself?: I started a charity called Cycle of Life Project which is part of our sub brand Two Wheel Claims. We collect unwanted bikes and then repair and service them if needed and then take them to various charities. In the last 3 years we have up cycled over 300 bikes and donated them to great charities.
What you like doing away from work?: Spending time with my family, going to the football
